Two Days, One Night Adventure
Experience the authentic way of life in the mountains! Trek to a Karen hill tribe village, take in breathtaking panoramic views, and explore the village surroundings. Stay overnight in a traditional homestay, join a hands-on cooking class, and gather around a campfire under the stars. The next day, enjoy the highlight of the trip – and riding a bamboo raft gently down the majestic river.
Day 1
07:00 – 07:30 am. Pick up at your hotel/guest house then drive one hour north of Chiang Mai to Mae Malai Market. Here we will stock up on supplies for our trip. After that, we will drive to the Mork Fa waterfall, where you will have time to swim or relax while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
12:00 – 12:40 pm. Lunch at a local restaurant
13:00 pm. We’ll take a three hour hike through the dense jungle up to a spectacular viewpoint. Your guide will provide you with information about the plants, animals, and villages surrounding you and will answer any questions you may have about Thailand or the local way of life. At the top of the mountain, you will enjoy an incredible view of the jungle and surrounding mountains.
16:00 pm.
Upon arrival at the Karen village, take some time to explore your homestay and its surroundings. In the evening, join a hands-on cooking class to prepare dinner, then relax around a campfire, enjoying a soft drink—or a beer if you wish—while soaking in the tranquil village atmosphere.
Second day
08.00 am Time for breakfast.
At 9:30 AM, leave the Karen village for a scenic hike through the lush jungle. After about an hour, arrive at the starting point for an unforgettable bamboo rafting experience, gliding down the river for approximately 2.5 hours while surrounded by stunning natural scenery.
At 12:30 PM, enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by the locals in the village. Afterward, we’ll journey back to Chiang Mai, arriving at your hotel around 4:00 – 5:00 PM, concluding your two-day adventure with memories to last a lifetime.

Tour Description
Day 1
07:00–07:30 AM – Pick up from hotel/guesthouse. Visit Mae Malai Market, then continue to Mork Fa Waterfall for swimming or relaxation.
12:00 PM – Lunch at a local restaurant.
01:00 PM – Begin a 3-hour jungle trek to a mountain viewpoint, guided with insights into plants, wildlife, and local life.
04:00 PM – Arrive at a Karen hill tribe village. Explore the village, join a cooking session, enjoy dinner, and relax by the campfire.
Day 2
08:00 AM – Breakfast.
09:30 AM – Depart the village for a 1-hour hike through the jungle, then enjoy a 2.5-hour bamboo rafting adventure.
12:30 PM – Lunch prepared by locals.
Afternoon – Visit elephants to feed and spend time with them (no riding). Return to Chiang Mai, arriving around 4:00–5:00 PM.
